Humanity approaches "being kind to our fellow beings". Leadership refers to "guiding a group of individuals towards a common goal”. Humanity is important irrespective of the position he/she plays in the organization. It is of utmost essential for all the personnel at various tiers within the agency, to display the highest level of behavior with their fellow employees.
You might be thinking why I chose "Humanity in leadership" and no longer a generalized topic like "Humanity at the administrative center". The cause is honestly because if this behavior is exhibited within the leaders, subordinates would truly comply with the behavior and it turns into a tradition.

Who is a good leader?
An amazing leader is humble together with his subordinates. They have faith and confidence in their crew. They are aware of the way to get satisfaction out of their expertise and encourage gaining knowledge of the environment. And motivates the employees and empowers them with the proper skills and resources. Without humanity, leadership development and management talents are not fruitful for a company.
An employee widely looks for three simple needs:
1. Needs for a living (financials)
2. Ability enhancement (getting to know & improvement)
3. Right surroundings (consider and recognize).
If these requirements are met, the employee feels usually satisfied. An excellent leader manages to offer a fulfilling environment to cater to those needs.
Businesses set up expected values for their fellow employees and from time to time fortify the values of the one. The query that arises right here is why will we need to be reminded of those values and expectations?

ForbesBooks, a premier name in the publishing industry and publisher of business-centric titles, has become an innovator in the space. They have been publishing books for years that offer expert advice about modern enterprises, sales pitches, and management techniques.
It has a conversation between two executives who have tried to build their brand as leaders. They debated what skills they can showcase, and they ended up with focus, confidence and drive.
From their discussion, we could learn that one core leadership skill is humanity.“The purpose of human life is to serve, and to show compassion and the will to help others.” - Albert Schweitzer.
Humanity is a leadership skill that suggests an attentive leader. It has the opposite meaning of meekness and is not a submissive act, it's an act of being open-minded to other people's ideas.
With humanity, you can welcome ideas and contributions from others. Effective leaders also acknowledge the value of those contributions and the person who made them. Paul Bryant said, "If anything goes bad, I did it. If anything goes semi-good, we did it. If anything goes really well, then you did it."
What is a core leadership skill?
If we don’t recognize the importance of humanity in leadership, we will not have a business.
True leadership is humanity-based leadership. It starts with these universal principles:

Whether you are George Washington, Abraham Lincoln, Nelson Mandela or Martin Luther King Jr., each of these world leaders recognized that they were no more important than the followers behind them and chose to work together with their countrymen.
To be an effective transformative leader, you should stay open-minded and willing to take on feedback from others. Roz Brewer is an example of a successful leader who has done this. While working at Walgreens, she spends time meeting with people, building an understanding of the business, and learning new things.
Do humble CEOs make better leaders? A study by Forbes found that CEOs who are open to their strengths and weaknesses often produce better financial outcomes for their company. In addition, a CEO who is humble can have an impact on the C-suite, as well as making decisions at all levels.

Leadership requires humanity. You must have confidence in yourself to be receptive to input from others and take responsibility for mistakes. Leadership means leading through mentorship rather than dictatorship.
